I think he can be considered among the best however I think Michael Schumacher right now is the best of all time. It is hard to determine since one can only make an accurate desicion based on the drivers he or she has seen race in their time. All other drivers can only be judged from videos or statistics.
Other greats are Clack, Fangio, Prost, Brabham, Stewart, Lauda, Ascari, Alonso. etc.
