Bangladesh Wins Series Against Zimbabwe

Bangladesh defeated Zimbabwe by 6 wickets in final match of 3 one-day international matches series. Bengal Tigers played very well in 3rd and final match. Bangladeshi all rounder Shakeeb-Ul-Hassan played a vital role in Bangladeshi victory as he got 3 wickets against 15 runs only and he made unbeaten 33 runs and put Bangladesh team on winning track. After seeing the performance of Bangladesh Cricket Team I could easily conclude that soon Bangladesh Cricket Team would be one of the best cricket team of the world.
As performance of Bangladesh against Sri Lankan Cricket Team in tri series final match was worth remembering and Bengal Tigers put Sri Lankan Cricket Team under high pressure both in final and in one match before final .It is true that Bangladeshi Team could not defeat Sri Lanka in final but they showed to the world they would prove a hard nut to swallow in near future for all cricket team of the world. It is first time any Bangladeshi player has been included in top cricket ranking as Shakeeb-Ul-Hassan is now on top position in world all rounder ranking.
3rd and final match against Zimbabwe was reduced to 37 overs due to bad weather and Zimbabwe could make 119 runs at the loss of 9 wickets. Bangladesh decided to bowl first after winning the toss and Musharafi Murtaza of Bangladesh Cricket Team took advantage of his captain’s decision and he bowled top 3 Zimbabwean Batsman. Musharafi took 3 wickets against 26 runs while Shakeeb-Ul-Hassan also took 3 wickets against 15 runs only. Bangladeshi openers provided opening stand of 38 runs and Mehrab got out on 2 runs. Tamim could make 34 runs. The match winning partnership developed by Shakeeb and Mushfeeq as they both made 32 runs. Price of Zimbabwean remained most successful bowler as he took 2 wickets in 7 overs by giving 9 runs only.
First match of the series was won by the Zimbabwe but they could not perform consistently and was beaten by Bengal Tigers in next two matches. The performance of Zimbabwe could not be appreciated in any way and they would be required a lot of hard work to come back on winning track again.
Bangladesh Cricket Team won 2nd match of the series by 6 wickets. Raqeeb-ul-Hassan made fifty in this match and he also took two wickets. After winning 2nd match Bangladesh level the series. In this match Zimbabwe set a target of 161 runs for Bangladesh and Bengal Tigers easily achieved this by losing just 4 wickets. Bangladeshi Batsman Mushfeeq played match-winning stroke in the end of the match when he ended match by sending bowl to spectators for 6 runs. Earlier Zimbabwe played complete 50 overs and made 160 runs and Williams remained top scorer from Zimbabwe side as he made 50 runs and it was his 8th fifty of career scores.
So, after seeing performance of Bangladesh Cricket Team, I guess this team would give upset defeat to other cricket team as well, as they beat Sri Lanka before final in tri match series and soon they would prove themselves as Bengal Tigers of world cricket.
