Default Cricket - 2nd Test match Venue Changed, Another Disastrous Display of Board Managemen

Once again a historic decision came in West Indies when a test match is called off just after 1.4 over’s. And the called off call was not due to bad weather or visitors bad behavior but it’s just because of bad condition of bowler run-up area.
The two umpires mutually decided that the condition of that area could be dangerous for the match so that the match was called off. This is another example of a blunder mistake by West Indian board. First was in 2007, when coach of Pakistan cricket team was killed during the world cup in his room, and no one has any answer about that mystery and that’s case was a clear view of lack of management. Anyhow, such kinds of incidents have now become the routine in West Indies and ICC should have to take some serious actions on such kinds of management crumbles. According to England Captain Andrew Strauss, the game should not go in this way; it would not be only bad for overall cricket results but also a shameful thing for the country as well.
If we take a bird’s eye view of that match then it just seems like only 10 deliveries bowled out and the match was called off. The overall condition of the stadium was just like horrible and especially the bowler run-up was totally scratched off, and due to that area the match was called off. The England captain, Andrew Strauss, just have a chat with umpire and he just requested for calling of the match and after a little discussion the umpires accepted the request of England captain and the match was called off. The West Indian captain didn’t interfere in the decision and he also followed the decision and took his team out of ground as a result of umpire’s decision.
The West Indian Cricket Board official have conducted a press conference last night and according to him, he is extremely sorry to the fans of cricket and he also confess that the responsibility of this incident is totally on board and they are feeling extreme embarrassment on this incident. But if you take it as a neutral person then you can conclude that such kind of statements have become the routine statements after any incidents. And after that no action has been taken on such kind of incidents and the life goes on with the game. This incident happens in Sir Vivian Richards’s stadium, the name of stadium is on such a great legend of cricket and the outputs of that stadium are just hopeless so board should have to take hard actions on such kind of issues.
Now the test match will be resuming in Barbados on 26th February and both teams will continue their play. England will play for leveling the series so they have to fight hard for high scores and on the other hand West Indies will play for wining the series so that they can name the series by 2-0. Or you can say that West Indies has an upper hand on the England and they will go for win at any cost.
