Despite their fairly poor standing in Serie A at the moment, I think their recent run of performances indicates that they will probably knock Arsenal out of the competition. Arsenal have been on an awful run ever since Man Utd thrashed them 4-0 in the FA Cup a few weeks ago.

My friends who are Milan fans do not think that Milan will finally win. I don't really care

Well, I was wrong. Milan got knocked out after what was quite literally an awful performance. Arsenal dominated them at home for god's sake.

On another note, Man Utd also went through (yay).

Was it a poor performance from Milan or a very good one from Arsenal? That is the question. Anyway another CL where England have at least 3 teams in the last 8. Come on the reds next week.

The same dude. It has got a huge fanout but i do not think much about them. But i like the way they defend and its really a world class defense most of the times. They should play more aggresively to win the games.

I think primarily a poor performance from Milan, Pirlo especially looked like an inexperienced youngster and had a terrible game.

To address the title of the thread and no, Milan won't qualify. Beaten again by the mighty reds and in particular Torres.

I think it's say to safe that at the moment he looks to be a bargain at £24 million, I bet there are a few other mangers who wished that they had gotten in there first.

Milan has played amazingly well. I respect their abilities. However, respect does not translate into 'love' though. Just because I know that they're good doesn't mean that I'm going to cheer for them. In fact, it makes me want them to lose even more.

Yeah and the pundits were wrong about him too. They knew he was going to be a great player but they said he'd never be a '20 goals a season' striker...hmm, he seems to be banging them in at will at the moment.

It is a big surprise to see AC Milan draw with Benfica . But as they are the defending Champions, I think they will definitely qualify for the Champions League.
