Drinks or fluid are the best way to keep it cool in the burning summer. Which kind of drinks do you think we should take either fizzy drink like Coke and Pepsi or fresh juices?

Fresh juices, those juice like Gatorade, they are very caloric, but a great font of energy, also juices with vitamins such as orange, lemon, things like that, and avoid sodas!

I am not suggest carbonate drinks. Thats could effect your health. The better one is only water. It is good if you have water treatment at home so you can get very good water to drink. Good for your health also.

Absolutely agree with your statement.. water - 3 liters or more perday. |

Fresh juices would be the better choice to drink rather than soda in my opinion. However for the burning summer there is no better liquid to drink than water.

Juices are great and sometimes soda is fine. Overall, every doctor recommends water as a drink.
There is no joy in drinking it though. |

I have a juicer, I put chopped up fruit in it, dilute with a little orange juice, and make my own smoothies - they're really tasty and refreshing. The only problem is, the thing is a pain to clean

plain water or fresh juice (without sugar or preservatives) are the best drink to keep you from dehydration.

Both are healthy to drink with no side effects to cause on your body. These carbonated drinks are only good when you're in a fast food and want something delicious to gorge on.
