Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett withdrew from the NBA All-Star game Sunday and was replaced on the Eastern Conference roster by Detroit Pistons forward Rasheed Wallace. The announcement was made by the commissioner's office after Garnett missed his seventh consecutive game with an abdominal strain.
