Report: Titans switching to Young at QB (AP)

The owner of the Tennessee Titans wants to see more of Vince Young. He's reportedly getting just that with the winless Titans making a change at quarterback from veteran Kerry Collins back to the 2006 Offensive Rookie of the Year. Coach Jeff Fisher plans to announce the change after practice Thursday.
