Spiezio to be arraigned April 7 (AP)

Scott Spiezio will be arraigned on drunk driving and other charges April 7. The former St. Louis Cardinals utilityman was scheduled to be arraigned in a Newport Beach, Calif., courtroom on Wednesday, but the case was postponed, a court clerk said. Spiezio will be arraigned on six charges that include driving under the influence, hit and run, aggravated assault and battery.
