Bruins C Savard chosen for All-Star game (AP)

Boston Bruins center Marc Savard was selected Monday to the Eastern Conference team for the NHL All-Star game. Savard, chosen for the first time in his 10 seasons, leads the Bruins with 47 points on 11 goals and 36 assists. He joins Boston defenseman Zdeno Chara, who was selected as a starter for the game, which will take place Jan.
