Do you guys think Marat's best days are over?
He hasn't won a grand slam since 2005 at the Australian Open. His performance has not been impressive and he seems to not be able to get passed the 4th round of any tournament! It seems he is too busy partying with girls and drinking to care about his tennis. What a shame, his talent is far superior to Federer's and his technique is fanastic! |

The guy has too much temper. From what I have seen of him , he plays better when he keeps his cool and whenever he starts throwing his racket around the court or arguing with the chair umpire , he loses it and it affects his game. No doubt he has talent , but if he doesn't learn to control that nasty temper then he can't channelize his energy. He is a much better player when he doesn't let himself get frustrated.

Every player peaks in his life and then the downfall.Safin has peaked and now it is down the hill for him.He has given his best to the game but for a short time and I do appreciate his aggressive game style, when it was.
