I felt before going into this season that after adding Haren to go along with Webb, that the Diamondbacks would be among the strongest teams in the NL, and now, even with the season still being early, they have put together a 8 game winning streak. I think they can take the NL crown this year, especially if, and that's a very big if, Randy Johnson pitches halfway decent and injury free.

A couple of days later and they are still doing well. If they ever have an offense to go with their pitching, the really could be a dominant team for quite awhile. If Colangelo would ever pony up.......
