What do you think of Barry Bonds being indicted for lying to the government about the use of steroids. Do you think that he is getting what he deserves?
Also do you think that he would have ever been able to beat the record if he had not been taken performance enhancers and steroids. |

What happened, happened. If he lied he lied and therefore he was indicted. Its obvious that if he took steroids that then this helped him hit homeruns. However he was hitting homeruns before he took them so its just a big mess and I don't think the record will be taken away from them because if it is you then have to take homeruns away of players that were also found to be using these enhancements. Its a really sticky situation.

You know I guess that is why he was indicted, because he lied to a federal jury or something of this nature. I am not sure what the whole purpose of the report was anyway, or how that affects what is happening here.

I am not sure how it affects everything here. He was indicted and "justice" will be served in his case. The Barry Bonds situation is overshadowed now because of the whole thing of the mitchell report.

That is totally correct and now the baseball league will be in the new for some time to come just because of the mud slinging that is going on. I think some people are mad because they were named and should not have been while others were named and some who should have were not.

I'm not gonna lie. I couldn't be happier. Barry was an egotistical maniac. He loved himself. It is music to my ears to know that Barry isn't even 100 percent Barry, but rather he has a lot of artificial chemicals in him as well.

No surprise that Bonds was indicted, given that his testimony, according to people that had news on his testimony to a federal grand jury some time ago. However, the thing that might get him off is that the fed testimony was supposed to be sealed, and its possible that he might get off because of that. Time will tell.

His fate is sealed anyway. He probably won't play for any other teams this year. There's nothing he can do but slowly and hopefully fade away into oblivion with his tarnished records.

I think his getting indicted is exactly what he deserves...for lying about the steriods and everything like that. I don't know about the whole homerun record, but I don't think that he deserves the record seeing how he cheated.
