Has anyone read the new news about the players admitting to steroid use? I think that it is great they can come clean. But have also heard that there was many people that were forewarned about the random tests before they occurred and now MLB is being looked at further. I think that we have reached the end of baseball as we have known it.

Baseball goes through its down periods every so often, and admittedly this is a serious issue. However, the fans always come back, its basically for the history and atmosphere of attending a ballgame, and it will bounce back.

Baseball will rebound...it's just that they have to get past the steriod use. I think all players should be tested before every game, granted that's a lot of work and money but if it's keeping the game clean and the players still want to play then that is good. A lot of these players are role models for kids but they aren't really good role models if they are caught using drugs. What does that teach our kids?
