Punishments for those players

What do you think the punishment should be for players who still were taking steroids, even after the testing began in 2003. It is being said that these players who were really abusing the things will get swift punishments. What do you think is going to be meant by that, if anything at all?

I think that just means suspension of games. Depending on how long they were using it and/or cooperation that will probably determine length of suspension but thats about it. I don' think this will go too far because with competition being so fierce I know that many player use these type of enhancements and you can suspend of investigate every player as this will take too much time and end up with way too many suspensions.

I agree with you on this. I could not imagine them going back and punishing people that are now retired players and removing people from hall of fame standards. But then look at the Pete Rose thing (not related) so you never know.

Yeah... I can't see them going back and punishing all of the players that were "involved" in this. If they decided to go the Pete Rose route there would be a lot of players that would not be in the hall of fame and others who would be taken off the hall of fame. What a mess!
