Yeah, he had a fabulous season since his come back . I wasn't really expecting him to break in into the Indian national squad after all that happened between him and the selectors , coach et al , but to his credit , he didn't just make a comeback , he proved all his critics wrong and with renewed confidence.Quite a character!

I view it differently. No doubt he is good to play test cricket , but his fielding and running between the wicket aren't the best in the game which makes it difficult for him to be an effective fielder in the one day format. Moreover, Ganguly and Dravid won't be in the side during the next world cup. So the team needs young faces who can gain confidence and experience by performing to avoid missing Dravid and Ganguly too much when they retire. I think this is the process of transition to prepare for the next world cup.

I also feel that Ganguly is good and his recent performance in the test match with South Africa proves quite a bit.In fact the youngsters are good for nothing especially with that attitude problem.

Well, I will have to admit that the recent act of Dhoni involving the curator took me by surprise . I thought he is more matured than that . Now this is something that neither Dravid nor Sourav would have done as captains. While reading that piece of news , I felt it was April 1st all over again.
