The rebel of Board of Cricket Control in India, The Indian Cricket League is set to kick off very soon. The first match is scheduled for tomorrow, 30 November 2007. The first match will be between Chandigarh Lions boasting biggies like Chris Cairns, Andrew Hall, Daryl Tuffey, Imran Farhat in their line-up and Delhi Jets boasting biggies Taufeeq Umar, Paul Nixon in their line-up. Hope that these matches have a warm welcome. The best part of the ICL is that even the loser takes home a price money of INR85 Lakhs n the winner takes home INR 15 crore. Yesterday changigarh lions wins that match Yes I also finds intresting icl I think soonly icl will dominate bcci.There are lots of big names in this tournament and this will really going to be hit and also everyone likes the 20-20 cricket after the India have won the world championchip.Also the invesment of money is good in icl.

Todays match was between Hyderabad Heroes n Mumbai Champs.... Hyderabad Heroes won the match by 30 runs, thanks to a good knock by Inzi.... The highlight was Brian Lara getting out for a first ball duck....

Chennai Superstars are ruling the ICL matches, they have played 3 matches and won every match. Chennai Superstars is the only team to maintain 100% success record in the ICL trophy. They are now getting ready to face the Delhi Jets on 12th December. Ultimately Chennai Superstars are topping the list.

Mumbai Champs are also playing well and what I think is that they are playing a bit sloppy cricket
as its not as interesting as the traditional cricket.

Indian cricket league is a great approach by the Indian cricket board. The series has come out to be very interesting, and now the finals are about to get started. I really enjoyed all the matches.

I am not all that fond of that league.Although not a fan of ICL , I am interested in the IPL matches because it has best of both the worlds and that too players who are presently involved in international cricket unlike the ICL where almost all the international players are the ones who have already retired from international cricket.

Even i do not watch ICL matches. Because it seems that there is no attraction. Most of the players are new and i do not know anything about them. IPL naturally attracts with the best of the players in their teams. So obviously IPL will rock.

From the results in the tournament so far , it seems pretty obvious that the team from Pakistan is likely to win the competition. They haven't lost even one game against any of the teams and yesterday entered the finals defeating the Calcutta tigers by 7 runs.They are the favorites going into the final.
