I think it was england's luck that they had to be out of the competition. Firstly rooney and then Beckham injured. Wasn't it fate?

it can be said in the same way..it was fate as well as luck got for england,.or else they would be ashamed after a time without these players.

Well it happens with the best teams too. Any single person cannot be blamed. Luck, fate and performance everything matters. England was surely lacking in performance too.

That is the desnity which they need to accept. I believe they already tried their best but what can they do if it goes to luck and fate right. They can blame Mc laren for that but for me anybody who taken that job will be on fire when the team havent success. Because they need to have at least one scapegoat to be sacrifeced.

Maybe england are having problems or out of concentration in the team..maybe they will win on the next match...

It was a fate really..To lose such players in a crunch game made the team to go down.Their morale and their expectations were down when rooney was sent off and beckham got injured.Though they tried hard it was due to lack of such talents in that time made it worse for england.But it was really a tough time for england right from the start isnt it?

You are right, any one person is never to blame although it is easier for them to say it was because of a person. If you are not giving it all you can then you too are to blame for it. I think that many of these players cannot admit when they did not give their all and so blame does go flying.

maybe for some reason the team is few of good members and lock of strategy, maybe they will need also a new team manager..

they will need not only luck, they also need a good concentration in the game and support of their family to make their spirit fighting..

what happened to England was a real pity, but we all know, it is just a game, there are losers and there are winners, so, it can happen to the most prepared teams
