I think its another one of those scams :P A lot of scammers try to fool people especially in such big events when people are eager for the matches.

Hard to believe. I dont think so the ticket can be so cheap like that. Dont easily trust the thing like this. When the big event like world cup its so many people try to take advantage to others people. So be careful.. dont be con by this kind of people.

if ever that is true more people are making an interest of watching soccer, they must extend their security, because it will double the people and it will also double the accuracy of an accident..

I would not imagine that the world cup tickets from be anywhere close to $20, I would look at the information you received again and then make sure that you are referring to the right matches. I would also make sure that you double check the information that was provided to you. Maybe it is a special for something else.

Yeah, maybe there will be some kind of promo for African people, but a limited one, as 20$ is really low for a world cup, it's a huge event, I doubt it too

I believe Africa is a soccer crazy country and most of their players come from the grassroots. What a way to encourage them by offering them cheap tickets to the World Cup which most people cannot watch live in their lifetimes.

Yeah, that is true, and also, I hope these $20 tickets will be available only to the ones who can prove themselves to be African, otherwise people will take advantage of that

Well there are goods points that have been addressed here. Maybe the idea of the lower priced tickets are to get people to buy now, I am sure as it gets closer the cost of tickets would increase. But then maybe they are expecting to make the money up in other areas in their country.
