Yeah, they are good at management and I heard them talking about cheap world cup tickets but I think this offer is only for those who have South African citizenship.

That makes a lot of sense for the price to be discounted for those citizens to get them to come. I cannot imagine they would offer anyone outside the country those amounts unless they are trying to get them to come.

Football tickets and merchandise is over priced these days so that its good if tickets are being reduced

i can only say that it can not be true .the govt can give some concession to the natives but the difference can never be this much large.
