Indian Football worst??

ya its true!! our country football is worst!! no adequate training facilities, no adequate sponsors, not enough interest among the people viewing the game, etc. the list goes on for the degradation of the game!! but all these reasons for degradation could also have resulted due to one factor - india hasnt qualified for the world cup yet again!! i think this is in the players hands to see to it that they qualify to the world cup!! only if they do this they can expect what they want!! they must start from the bottom to reach the top like chakde film!!

I believe India has some people into all sports, and there are a lot of people there, but there are no investments on sports from the government, unfortunately...

India is so popular with cricket and hockey. Maybe indian government should be give more support to other sport like soccer. Only one player from india i remember Baichung Bhutia.

Yeah, I've heard about cricket, but never heard of hockey, is it street hockey or what?
Anyway, Indians should have a better training on soccer for the WC

As with other places in the world you have to be equipped to handle the sport and be prepared to train the people. I think that because in my eyes they still suppress people, that you may never see what you want to.

Well, we can't expect our football team to win the world cup from the current stage. Cricket is like "religion" in India and that is restricting other games from developing. Even, our national game Hockey is also played almost nowhere in the country!
