well it depend on how they act on the field, i very hard training will turn into greatful success..

I do not fully understand what you are writing but think that you are stating that if they are successful in their training they should be good on the field.
I do not agree with that. Many people are successfully trained in proper technique and so on but are still just not that great of a producer. |
