Players you have met

Has anyone here ever met any soccer players that are well known players. I have not but would like to hear from those you might have.

Same here too. My location just would not allow me to have the opportunity. I would have like to see Pele and Maradona in their prime.

I've met a few Man Utd players such as Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs as well a few more form my local Leicester team such as Muzzy Izzet and Steve Claridge. I would like to meet more but I can't really be bothered to wait around before/after matches.

Do you really believe hat is so important to meet a soccer player?I mean after all they are just doing their job which happens to be televised!!!

No i have not seen yet anyone. But i wish to do so. My dream player is zidane. I love him and being inspired. My dream would be to meet him and Ronaldinho.

I had the pleasure of meeting Giovane Elber a few years ago when he played for Bayern Munich. Got my picture taken with him prior to a game. Also last year in the airport I managed to get Miroslav Kloses autograph twice before he boarded the team plane. He was the last one in the bar and managed to get him before he left. He signed the back of a Lufthansa departure manifest for me.
