Italian Cyclist Banned 20 Years

Da Ros was arrested in March 2009 while training with the Italian national track cycling team in Padua, and was immediately banned by his Liquigas team.

Tour competition director Jean-Francois Pescheux said the seven-time Tour de France winner would receive the standard fine, which is about $92 US.
